Asaba, Delta State- A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), member of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG), and Convener of the Dr. O'Diakpo Obire Support Group for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori 2027, Dr. O'Diakpo Obire, PhD, has applauded the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for the successful hosting of the Delta State Economic Summit 2026, describing it as a landmark initiative that has set a clear roadmap for sustainable economic transformation and prosperity in the state.

In a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Asaba, Dr. Obire said the summit demonstrated Governor Oborevwori's unwavering commitment to economic diversification, private sector-driven growth, job creation, and sustainable development under his MORE Agenda.

According to him, the convergence of government officials, economic experts, investors, captains of industry, development partners, entrepreneurs, and other critical stakeholders at the summit reflects the Governor's inclusive approach to governance and his determination to build a resilient economy capable of meeting the aspirations of present and future generations.
